Fully Automatic Steel Bar Building Mesh Welding Machine

The mechanical rebar mesh production line is primarily used for the manufacturing of construction rebar mesh panels.

Feeding method: The required lengths of warp and weft wires are pre-cut using an automatic straightening and cutting machine. The warp wires are manually placed at the corresponding wire threading molds, while the weft wires are placed in a dedicated material slot and automatically fed by a servo motor.

Welding: The main machine starts the welding process. This machine adopts synchronous control technology, with sub-control welding and welding time both regulated by a PLC digital programming system. The aperture size can be adjusted directly by inputting values on the touchscreen control panel. Welding is accomplished through spring pressure.

After welding: The servo motor controls automatic mesh pulling until the entire panel is welded. The automatic mesh connecting and output system is then activated, and the next panel begins welding.
